i need some help formating, last time i attempted this i screwed up on somethings so is there a guide out there that would help me? or do any of you have any tips ???thnx in advance!
 
that would be 'Format C:/s' you have to copy the system files also if you want to boot from the c drive. if you have already formatted your c: witouth the /s just type 'Sys C:'
