Help for Upgrading Old Gateway

I have a gateway DX4300-15e from 2009 and I was looking to make into a gaming comp.

First two things I want to buy is a better PSU and GPU.

What is the best for my buck for a PSU under 550 watts under 60$ and a gpu under 150$

I know that my computer has PCI-E slot if that helps. Looking to run games such as League of Legends, WoW, CS:GO at medium settings with around 60 fps or maybe possibly high. I wont be touching any newer gen games because I have a console which I prefer to play on for those type of games.

with a geforce 750 you might be able to get away with the old psu. although the current psu is probably terrible.

if you replace the psu you could use any gpu that fits, how much room does the case have?
