If your motherboard supports it, get an Alpha PAL8045 with an 80mm enermax adjustable fan and set it to 1/4 speed. Then replace your case fans with enermax adjustables as well and set those to 1/4 speed. Worked for me. You may also want to replace your PSU fan with a quiet panaflo. Good luck

water cooling.....VERY quiet.....and then you get the added benefit of easy overclocking..especially with your cpu which might already be unlocked ;)

i would recommend the svc gc-68 heatsink and fan. it uses an 80mm fan on a 60mm base. u can buy it from svc or case-mod.com. also theres a review on snowpunk's site ocmodshop.com. u should look into it. a lot of people are saying they are happy with this heatsink.
