Help for my psu and this graphic card!!?

Well, I have a 400watt PSU and it has just 12A on 12V rail.
My system is c2d e4500, mobo 945gc,2 gb ram, 160 hdd.
I'm currently using Ati 2600pro and my psu can handle it well but can it handle ATI 4670??
As ati4670 doesn't need extra connector so i think it can handle it but is it too much for my psu.

yep should be ok the card draws all it's power from the pci-e slot but you should also look into getting a high quality psu with around 18-20w in the +12 rail doesnt have to be high... cheap ones can be had like this bfg for under $60 http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16817702010

The 4670 by my estimation uses about an extra 20W under full load than the 2600 Pro. You'll probably be fine, but like suggested above a new power supply would be ideal. Even this 300W Seasonic would be more than enough for your system.
