help for mobo

looking for amobo for an x2 4200+ or a x2 4000+ not looking to overclock. want pci-e. and can any1 help me find the best price on an xfx 7600gt xxx extreme edition. i cant seem to find it on pricegrabber. maybe im not looking hard enough. and are mobos that use ddr2 memory only able to use ddr2 or are they able to use ddr as well?

lookin at am2 i believe? arent they the only board capable of running x2 procs? or are there some 939 boards that can run x2 procs. if so i wouldnt mind some suggestions of em as well but would prefer am2 boards.

939 or AM2 can both run X2 CPUs. Since you are starting from scratch vs upgrading, AM2 is the right choice for you.

Be sure to buy DDR2 240 pin memory instead of 180 pin DDR.

I have had very good luck with Epox 939 board.
