Help! Folder data recovery needed

I'm seeing lots of data recovery software out there. I bought OO Data Recovery, but it doesn't recover "fodlers" - only single files in an unorganized structure.

Is there any simple data recovery software out there that can give me the original folder/file structure, filenames and everything, etc.?

Basically - I uninstalled an item in windows XP that deleted a folder where tons other products were installed as well - removing EVERYTHING I had installed there. Jerks...
