Help flashing KT7 BIOS?

I've downloaded and compressed the file from Abit then transfered the files to a bootable floppy. Once at the!A:\>kt7ulKT7_ul.bin/py/cc/sn/cd it then asks if I want to over wright the file(I've tried Yes and No) then it just goes back to the A:\>. What am I doing wrong. Please Help
 
do you have the awdflash and .bin file in the same directory?

from the a prompt A: after you have booted up to a blank config.sys and autoexec.bat
just enter
awdflash kt7ul.bin/py/cc/sn/cd

Although I usually never enter all that / stuff. I usually just do it manually after the flash.
