The error was "The program file's part number does not match with your system!"

I remember if the bios was not flashed right, it would at least allow me to turn it on...right?

I think you messed up the chip. Isn't there a member of the boards that has some chips for sale?

If anything goes wrong with a BIOS flash, you are out of luck. If it is removeable, the BIOS chip has to be replaced. If not, then the whole motherboard has to be replaced. As far as i know, there is no way to recover a BIOS.

There is a way with an add on. It called BIOS Sauvior (sp) but you have to install it before hand.

Will your computer start at all? If so, get the right BIOS and try again. You may get lucky. Your error messages sounds like a warning that you are trying to flash the wrong BIOS and no more.
Forgot to mention; did you reset the CMOS?
