Help finishing my build - Fan and Fan Controller question

I have ordered all my parts for my new build with the exception of fans, fan controller and sound dampening.

The build is as follows:

i7 920 D0 (Hoping to get close to 4.8 - 5GHz)
ASUS P6TD Deluxe
OCZ OCZ3G1600LV6GK 6GB
Seasonic X750
CoolerMaster ATCS 840
ASUS Radeon 5770 (This will be overclocked and replaced with a 5970 when they are actually available)
Prolimatech Megahalems (Ordered it lapped through CrazyPC, prob didn't need to but thought I might do it anyway myself, so why waste my time)
Intel X25-M 80GB
DVD Burner - Plextor PX-880SA
Arctic Silver 5

I am looking to achieve this overclock with as close to inaudible as possible.

I have several questions:

1. If I leave the front 230mm fan that comes with the ATCS 840 and add a Scythe S-Flex 800rpm (SFF21D) on the bottom of the case both for intake, then replace the two 230mm fans on top with 3 of the SFF21Ds and one on the rear all for exhaust, and push/pull again with the same SFF21Ds on the Megahalems, can I get the needed air flow to cool this and push the D0 (Assuming I don't get a dud) as far as possible?
2. Is there any fan controller out there that can control all 8 of these fans? If so, which one? If not which 4-channel fan controller would you suggest I get and I will double up on it?
3. Do I need to replace the fan on the 5770? If so, what route should I go?
4. Is there a "best" solution for sound deadening?
5. I am also looking for a quiet blu-ray ROM and have had no luck getting specifics on sound on the drives. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for everyones help and suggestions!

I use this running 16 yate loons. I have loaded it with deltas and kaze 3000s with no problems.
For sound deadening one ore more of these will do the trick, a smooth surface is my preference, easy to clean. I use foam weatherstrip and contact cement to make a double sided tape for mounting hard drives, pumps. Any place you can "soft mount" hardware will make a difference, rubber screws for fans, if you can use them, if not a rubber washer at least will help. For these I cut my own from rubber roofing, EPDM I'll cut with a leather punch.
That 840 will be tough to keep quiet because it is so open, I would think to keep those big fans low n' slow would be best but try it both ways and let us know.

You need to either temper your expectations, or buy some LN2 and a pot.

The sunbeam rheobus (either four or six channel) will work. They handle high wattage. I have the cheap four channel in one of my builds, and it has worked great for years.

Most of the computer-specific sound treatment materials aren't worth their price. I once saw a link to a car sound place that had treatment materials at better prices. I agree that the Rheobus fan controllers are decent for the money and can easily handle several normal power fans per channel.

also, some (most?) sound deadening will stink to high hell.
