Help fine tuning my new board

I just put together my new system , so far everything seems ok . This is my first Intel build and I not very familiar with this board and Bios setup. If anyone has experience with this board please advise as to certain settings such as memory timings and voltage etc. I appreciate any help you can give me thanks.
