Help finding Mobo manufacturer

I'm assisting a friend with a computer install. He acquired this from a friend so of course no documentation is avaialbe. The motherboard has no model number or manufacturer listed that I can see. THe only identifying marks on it are a chipset and a heatsink label. The one chipset says XP4. THe heatsink ontop of another chipset says PC400. Underneath said heatsink says XP4GL. I have scoured the web and not found much based on that info. I've found some boards that look similar to it, but not quite it. Has anyone ever seen this particular board before? Or know where I can find drivers? I need to get the audio, video and modem working. Any help is appreciated.
