basically im trying to find out how they make "malternative" drinks.
I know it involves the same ingredients as beer, but they contain natural or artifical flavors that make it taste like a wine, fruit, cider etc.
If anyone has any info or can find info on this that would be great. I brew my own beer and im looking to try something new.
