I'm trying to find some good overclocking memory for a Pentium D 805, the same CPU Tom's hardware overclocked to 4.2 Ghz.

I know little about overclocking memory, except for certain memory with good timings is best and you should only have 2 memory modules for best results.
I would like to get a 2 GB kit (2 x 1 GB) of DDR2 RAM with the plan of overclocking the CPU to 3.8 GHz. What is some good budget RAM for this? I don't have a lot of money to spend but would still like to overclock.
My power supply is an OCZ Modstream 520 watts. Can that handle such extreme overclocking?
For a CPU cooler I plan to use whatever Zalman cooler looks good.
