Hello there.
Thank you for taking time to read this in advance.

I need a new graphics card for my build as my current one cant handle the games I throw at it very well. I need a good mid ranged card that can handle medium to high settings or so while streaming/recording and/or high or ultra setting while not streaming, this rig is only for streaming/gaming. If you would kindly recommend me a card from the below specifications that is within my price range that could meet my needs I would be rather grateful as I have been in need of a new card for a long time. The next time I would consider upgrading after this card would be probably another 2 years or so, if that matters at all.

System Specifications:

I. Processor/CPU:
Intel Core I7-3770k

II. Current Graphics Card:
Sapphire Radeon HD 5670

III. Display Resolution:
1920x1080

IV. Power Supply Unit Specification (Brand, Wattage, Ampage, Age). If possible, please provide a link to a website containing the power supply specifications:

Brand New.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817152035

V. Case Specifications(N/A, Model, Length, Low Profile, Cooling, HTPC, Water, Silent):

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119233

Purchase Details:

I. Budget? Please be sure to include currency (If not USD), retailer preferences & specify whether rebates are a viable option.

160-230$, Preferably dont include rebates as an option and make it from newegg.

II. Any particular preferences (Manufacturer[nV or AMD], Brand[XFX, Sapphire, EVGA, etc], Cooling Solutions)?

AMD.

III. Do you plan to have any Multi-GPU solutions such as Crossfire or SLI?

No

IV. Have you previously looked at a product(s) which you feel would fit your needs?
This is about the closest I have found to what I am looking for but I am completely open to suggestions.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102999

V. What are your needs for this GPU? Which games(If any)do you intend to play? If you have this information at hand, what are the desired detail levels?

I am looking to play Games on High or better settings, and maybe record/stream them. The games I would be playing are Bioshock infinite, Tomb Raider, Smite Open Beta, Team Fortress 2, Path of Exile.

VI. Do you plan on overclocking the card you intend to purchase?
N/A

Once again if you made it this far, thank you for reading even if you dont have a recommendation for me, and let me know if there is anything else I may add to help you find me a video card ^_^

Go with the Sapphire HD7870 OC. I've used both it and the XFX HD7870 Core, and the Sapphire is better.

It's a better choice right now than either the 660 or the 7850. It really depends on the prices, which change week to week, but the 7870 is 20% faster than the 7850 and in my opinion is worth the extra cost. The fact that the 7870 comes with games you want makes it an easy pick over the 660.

If you said your budget was ~$150, than obviously the PowerColor for $155AR is a great deal, but you'll be happier long-term with the 7870, and you have the budget for it.

By the way, if your case can fit a larger card, and you can tolerate more heat, noise, and power use, the HD7870 LE edition for $240 is quite a bit faster than the standard HD7870: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131487

Also, for one day only, you can get the HD7950 for $270, which might be worth stretching your budget for: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131478

Sapphire HD 7870 you linked. Very good buy. $215 and $199 after MIR for that much performance is great. Pretty effective and quiet (on auto) HSF too.
