I don;t know if this belongs in programming or here, but I found a site last year where people and small companies post jobs for side projects / one time projects (web programming, asp, java, etc) and I think even programmers post their rates and their specialties.
its like a job site but for freelance/side jobs where people would bid for job or something like that, anyone know what im talking about and have the URL? thx
