Help finding a LCD monitor

Hey I was wondeirng if anyone can help me. I looking to get an LCD monitor..but do not know what to look for in a monitor. I'm hoping to pay after rebate 200. I play some gaming, but lately been playing poker more that coutnerstrike which i would assume u'd need a good monitor for. Since stragety war games don't need a good monitor but I could be wrong?

If you can point me to a good LCD for 200 and why..your help would be much appreciated. Thanks

For $200 you could probably only really get a 17" LCD. Just do a search for LCD in the hot deals forums and you should see a bunch. Hopefully one of them will match your requirements.
