Help finding a good barebones laptop for gaming

A friend is asking me for advice on building a laptop. He wants to play starcraft 2 ultimately. I'm pretty sure that onboard graphics wont do, so the laptop needs to have that open/upgradeable. Anyone know of any good barebones to start as a good foundation? The cheaper the better, but don't want garbage. thanks!
