Help finding a cheaper solution please

I could really use some help. I am trying to choose components for a new gaming computer. I haven't built a computer in years and am finding it hard to catch up on everything again.

I want to build a Non-SLI PCI Express system, but am finding the 6800 Ultra video cards to be very expensive. I had originally selected a CHAINTECH NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 939 CPU, Model "VNF4/Ultra" PCI Express, but think it may be wise, and cheaper on the wallet, to stick with AGP.

The problem is I have been wading through forums for over a week now and am getting tunnel vision and keep coming back to the same PCI board. I could really use some help finding the equivalent of the board above in AGP please. I guess what I'm looking for is the best AGP board I can find. I want to put an eVGA 6800 Ultra and a AMD Athlon 3500+ with it and I would like to try overclocking a bit. No SLI, PCI or VIA please.

I apologize in advance if I'm one of the thousand plus people who seem to not be able to find the obvious in the forums. If anything, I'm just a bit overwhelmed with all the choices and information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Funny... the Chaintech board you listed above is the PCI Express board I mentioned I kept coming back to. I don't feel as badly now.

The MSI K8N Neo2 is what I was looking for. Just curious if Asus makes and equivalent board.

Thank you very much for replying.
