So I swapped out the shitty into pro wireless card that comes with my Dell centrino 700m.
New card is Toshiba pa3426u1mpc
This is an Atheros ar5005gs based card that I picked up on ebay sans software.
No idea what model laptop it comes from.
I'm having trouble (other threadother thread) with wpa configuration and want to try a config utility other than the default windowsXP client. I am trying to find the Toshiba client that would go with this card, or another client that might work better.
Card works fine without wpa turned on. Used to work great, but I can't remember what utility I used to use since I had to do a clean install.
