Help Files saying my system language is wrong

I installed AMP Font Viewer (AMP supports both Spanish and English, although my system is strictly English) and then started getting an error message in many programs that my system language doesn't support the help file's language. I then uninstalled Font Viewer, but the problem persists. In Regional Settings everything is still set to English, so I don?t know what has been changed.

Does anyone know how to fix this and what the program did?

No one can help? The error message reads:

The file XYZ.hlp was created for a language not supported by your version of Windows.
