Help!!!
I just installed Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 Plat on my Win2K computer. After the first restart, it just sat there while loading windows ("Starting Up" window) and never got anywhere. How can I fix this. I even tried going into Safe Mode and it wouldnt let me. Obviously EZ Creator did something very bad. Can this be undone without a complete reinstall?
thx

I've had the identical problem...it comes up since there's a conflict with Take Two (a portion of the EZCD5 install) with Win2k...I'm not sure what to do right now, but I reformatted and reinstalled with a Custom install and unchecked Take Two...works fine now!
Also, do you have a zip drive? if you want to try something else (i never tried this) you could stick a zip disk in the zip drive, then power up your computer. I heard it worked for some people, but i never tried it (i figured this out after i already solved the problem the way i originally explained.
Anyway, do the second method first to see if it works. if not, the first one does for sure.
good luck,
nsx

Have you booted from your 2000 cd and try to let it repair your system for you? Probally won't work but worth a try. I have Easy 5 on 2 2000 systems and have never had any trouble but i only installed easy cd creator, not take 2 or anything else included. Good Luck.
