Received an E-mail from a friend about a problem he is having with his computer, I am assuming he's using Win98, I have no idea what this means, have a look...
> when i goto control panel then push any of the things like display it gives me these errors.
> Error Starting Program, The rundll32.exe file is linked to missing file wininet.dll Internetgetconnectedstate
> then, it says Control Panel, windows/rundll.exe a device attached to the register is not functioning.
Anyone know what the problem is? 🙂
