Hi all,
I have an internal wireless card in my laptop. I've been using a linksys wireless router for my wireless connection. I somethimes "diable" this connection because I use and ethernet cord to connect to my school's internet (it bothers me when my laptop detects other available wireless signals - the balloon that pops up bothers me so that is why i like to disable the wireless network connection). But now, when I try to disable it I get an Error Disabling Connection that reads:
It is not possible to disable the connection at this time. This connection may have one or more protocals that do not support Plug-and-Play, or it may have been initiated by another user or system account.
What is going on? I did get a virus a few weeks ago but that has been cleared out. I also use firewall protection. Can somebody help me fix this? And if you can - can you give me baby instruction - I really really need someone to hold my hand thru this. Thank you sooooo much.
