HELP!!!! epox 8KTA mobo locks up my computer..

I mean, window starts up and I use computer 5 minutes and all of a sudden mouse pointer won't move....
I do ctrl+alt+del trick but nothing happens.
I power down computer and turn it on again..it works but in 5 minutes locks up again..
locks up faster if I surf on internet..

system
cpu is duron 900
133 sdram
maxtor 10 gb hard drive and old tnt grapfic board.
I love this forum.
in the past I'd solved all my problems reading this board.
if you find a solution to my problem you will make me verrryyy happyyy

Which version of Windows..? Can you swap out the memory for known good stuff..? Or try memtest ..gl

Chk for IRQ conflicts. Btw, may I hv ur VGA card details & PCI slot peripherals ?
