I was trying to flash my motherboard back to the april 24 bios (via alt-f2) but then in the process of flashing it the thing missed an entire section when it was writing. so when it rebooted it said that the bios had a bios checksum error. I popped the disk back in since it asked for a the bios disk and it tried to reflash itself but it said:
"he program file's BIOS-Lock String does not match wih your system!"

I tried to reboot and i tried to clear the cmos but nothing helps..... =(

Can you help me please? thank you

Did you shut down your system (power off)? That would have been a "no-no" if you did. Difficult to tell from your post exactly what, if anything happened at first but it may not be that bad.
Ok, exactly what happens when you try to boot now? What did you do to try and clear the CMOS?
For future reference, getting a checksum error is not uncommon and is expected after flashing your BIOS. That is why you should always go into the BIOS immediately upon booting from a flash and set it to "Default" settings. Then, once a successful boot has been acheived, you can go back into the BIOS and set things as you wish. Pretty standard in most cases. Probably that is all you needed to do before. But that is in the past now.

I found some info that may or may not help with the BIOS Lock string. This was info posted about an MSI board with an Award BIOS to clear the "BIOS Lock".
Use /nbl parameter
For example:
awdfl789 w6330vms.240 /nbl

Essentially, you would use the /nbl parameter after you type in the flash command (skip a space). BIG CAVEAT here; I do NOT know what this will do if used with your system. It could clear things up just fine or it could hose your BIOS or it could do nothing at all. Use it at your own risk.

after it gave me the checksum error it rebooted and it was asking for the disk with the bios. I inserted and it still gave me that bios-lock string message. I tried different floppies and it still gave me the same message. I tried different bioses too and it was the same. it won't let me type anything. all i can do is just insert floppies and press a key to start it. There aren't any command prompts. I didn't shut it down after it rebooted. The only time i shutdown the comp was after hours of tryig to resolve this prob. I then erased the cmos and rebooted and it still gave me that message. I woke up today to try again and it stil did the same thing. *SIGH*.. =( helpppppppppp

Same thing happened to me when I had a bad flash with my 8k3a+. I fixed it by calling Epox tech support and they sent me a new bios chip for free. All they wanted was that I sent back the bad chip.

Truely, that might be where you are at this point. The only other option I can see is to contact "badflash.com". They can either send you a new BIOS chip or reprogram the one you send them from your board. They will program the chip with the BIOS you specify. Just be sure you are prepared to pull and then later, insert, a new BIOS chip.
