HELP..Do I need to RE-setup my SATA Raid if I switch motherboards?

Happy Holidays everyone.
My question is: I have the Asus A7N8X deluxe right now running 2 120gb on raid 0. I want to move those two Drive over to my new motherboard the P4 motherboard that also support Raid. Now, Do I need to reformat those drives or can I just migrate over without any problem? I really dont want to delete all my files, partition and reinstall the OS.

If anyone has done this please advice.

Unless it's the exact same RAID controller, definitely not. And even then, it's a looooong shot.

I'd just start fresh.
