I have an Armada M700 PIII 850MHz, i use it to play also and it was working really fine.
Now when i start any kind of game that use direct3d i get a message stating that there is no direct3d available and that it can't get into the software mode!!!!
I did a test with the Directx utility, it goes on software mode to test direct3d..
I think that one of the latest installation of software that i did on the notebook, changed something disabling completely the direct3d.
I removed the driver, then installed it again, directx also but nothing.
Does somebody have an idea on how to enable again the direct3d?
p.s.
the Armada M700 has a ATI Mobility P chip that has some 3d support
