Has anybody connect digital output port of cdrom/dvd to
sound blaster live value? What kind of cable do you use?

it's just a two pin cable. your local computer shop should have them for about a buck.

If you are real carefull you can take a razor and spit a 4pin one in half and use the half that has 2 wires.
