This is my specs:
duron 800 mhz
256 133 mhz ram
asus v7700 geforce 2 gts deluxe
ibm deskstar 75 gxp 30 GB

Every time i use my comp for some time, some of my programs i have open crash, and this causes other apps to crash, and so i have to reboot because my system locks up after all those apps crashes. Is it badly written progs that is the answer to this or...? It tends to be the Babylon and GetRight programs that crashes first. Anyone that has had any trouble with these progs?

Plz help!!

Sounds like a TSR problem. Hit ctrl+alt+delete and end task on EVERYTHING except explorer & systray. Try running your apps and if you do not lock up then start TS'ing the TSR's that have been loading on startup.

I have read that a underpowered or malfunctioning power supply can do all sorts of crazy things to your computer. AMD requires that you have a 300 watt (minimum) power supply and a good one.

tsr mean to terminate any programs running in the backround in windows, while staying in windows... meaning..ctrl-alt-del and end task like john said to everything runnign until yuou only have explorer and systray left and see if the apps still crash.

good luck
