System Specifications:

I. Processor/CPU:Core i3 530 @2.93Ghz on Intel DH55TC (LGA 1156)

II. Current Graphics Card:Intel HD 2000/3000

III. Display Resolution:1920x1080

IV. Additional Graphic Card:Nvidia GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB GDDR5 Graphics

Problem:

I recently ordered a Kingston 4GB RAM and as per Intel That to 2 times replacement and My Mobo Supports 16 GB RAM in 4 Slots but still when I tried to attach it to my Mobo it doesn't display up and the PC on first Boot stops at Windows Logo and after that the Screen just Flicker with red, green colour and it never shows up again
When I inserted my 2 GB RAM in it then it did boot up properly

So I researched why it didn't work and have few questions:

I just want to know the difference between Kingston kvr 1333d3n9 and Kingston KVR1333D3N9H 4Gb RAM ? though the Datasheet seem to be same and Intel says that both should work with my PC but it doesn't work

Intel Official document: http://www.cmtlabs.com/2012/mbSearchResults.asp?sManuf=Intel&sMem=DDR3&sMN=DH55TC&oSubmit=Search Which says that one works for i5 processor and one for i3 !!
Intel Compatible list doen't mention Kingston RAM but it passed the test succesully:http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/dh55tc/sb/CS-030954.htm#tested

My Question:
  1. What is the Difference between the 2 RAM's(datasheet appears same) Links above ?
  2. Is it possible that a MoBo supports a RAM and processor doesn't(like i5 supports and i3 doesn't) ?
  3. How do I check myself if the 4GB is compatible with my MoBo though INTEL says it is compatible
  4. Why didn't INTEL mention Kingston in Compatible list here if it successfully passed the Test?

So you had 2GB and then added 2 separate 4GB DIMMs? Let me know if I am misinterpreting that.

It's possible that you have settings for your old 2GB DIMM manually set in the BIOS and that doesn't work with your 4GB one. Can you try just a single 4GB DIMM? If that doesn't work, try clearing the CMOS and then booting up with a single 4GB DIMM. Then add the second one.

No, you interpreted it right.
I had 2 GB and inserted 2 4GB RAM DIMM in parallel but None of them worked

How to check that in BIOS the manual settings for it ? I am new to this and don't know much about it

And I tried with resetting the BIOS and inserting it but didn't work :\

My problem is that Intel says it should work but it doesn't work for my PC and don't know how to debug the problem..So please Help!

When you go into the BIOS, choose "load failsafe defaults" (or similar wording), that should reset you to default. Did you try with only a single DIMM?
