**Update*****
Thanks for all the help, today Forest Lake has refunded my money to my account.. All it took was me reporting them to Yahoo and also sending the company a notice that I was sending a complaint to all tthe different legal places.

Now what should I do? Should I still file the complaints with the different agencies? I think I should so maybe it won't happen to the next person or should I just let it go?

**Update****

Has anyone ever bought from or heard of Forest Lake Solutions? I placed an order for a CDRW drive way back on June 27th. They didn't bill me till July10th and I still have not received my drive. :( Three weeks ago I sent an email asking what was up but I had no response so I called the company and they said it was a mix up and they would send my drive out immediately. And now three weeks later I have nothing. I wrote and called the company again and again but no response. The telephone number is an answering machine that is full so I can't leave any messages.

I found the place through Pricewatch so I figured it would be alright but I'm not to sure now. I couldn't find any reseller rating on them so I went ahead and ordered the drive anyway. I guess I shouldn't have..

Anyone know what I should do next? Its bad enough being trolled by someone on the FS/FT forums or one EBAY but this is to much.. I think Best Buy is gonna be seeing allot more of me. :(

I did that but they were not listed. :( Me being stupid bought it anyway. I figured being on Pricewatch gave them some type of credibility.. Guess not.

Just FYI, if you used a credit card, it is illegal for a company to bill your card before they shipped the product. You were ripped off at that point.
Do this:
- call your CC company, inform them what has happened and dispute the charge.
- contact Forest Lake Solutions, cancel the order with them, inform them that you have already disputed the illegally-placed charge with your CC provider, that you want them to facilitate the credit to your CC immediately, and that legal problems are coming their way.
- contact the BBB, your state's AG office, and Forest Lake's state AG office, the FTC (if Forest Lake is out-of-state) and file the appropriate complaints.

edit: found Forest Lake Solutions. They are a Yahoo Store. Yahoo has strict compliances regarding customer service, etc. for stores to be part of their system.

Thanks for all the help PSYWVic.. I just went thru the complaint form for Yahoo Shopping. And am now writing the company a final email telling them of the legal actions I will be taking..

One thing though, Yahoo says I must file a complaint within 60 days of the purchase date. Does that mean the actual day I sent the order or the day I was billed?
