I just installed the nVidia 43.45 drivers...and now my desktop "scrolls". I use a resolution of 1280x1024 on a CTX VL700 17" monitor.....this is what I used before. But now the desktop scrolls vertically up and down....so that my top row of icons and my taskbar can't be on screen at the same time??? The monitor is capable of displaying 1280x1024...and it always has....in fact, the OSD for the monitor says it's running at 1280x1024 but what's up with the scrolling???
Edit
Hmm...nevermind. It seems that even though my 2nd monitor was off, and disabled under the multi-monitor setup...it was still somehow being "used". Causing the desktop to scroll.....upward? (Even though the secondar monitor was setup to be on the right side of the display). Anyway...unhooking the monitor from the back fo the PC and rebooting fixed the problem. The whole thing seems bizzarre to me in the way it was handled...but guess that's how things go sometimes.
