Help Deleting fake explorer.exe

so I have an trojan on this computer that randomly will open ie7 windows with adds. Naturally I want to get rid of this feature...

so I traced down where this was coming from and it was my sysyem32 folder...
and the .exe was cleaverly names explorer.exe to mask itself...
as I am sure you know the true explorer.exe is located in the /windows folder.

when I attempt to delete it I get an alert style message, and I am looking for a way around it.

anyone got ideas?
