HELP! Deleted MSN Contacts!

Long story short I was an idiot and accidentaly deleted 22 of my MSN Messanger contacts...

Can anybody please please tell me if they can be restored and how???

Tools > Options > Privacy > Contact list will provide a list of all people who have you on their list which you can re-add one by one. Other than that, you may be out of luck.

God I was sooooo pissed off today when I erased all of them....
I wanted to kill somebody....
