I am running 3 cd roms drives, 2 hard drives, athlon xp 1800+, 1 agp card, 3 pci cards, 4 case fans, and one vantec cpu cooler. I don't think my enhance 300 watt can handle this. I am thinking about the enermax 350 watt and the sparkle 350 watt. The enermax is about $3 more but more features. I would get the enermax but I heard their warranty sucks. Any recommendations is appricated.

Well, I've never actually seen a PSU go bad (OK, maybe after a decade or so it might...), so I don't see why the warranty on the PSU would be so important. I can personally vouch for the Enermax 300w powering an Athlon 1600+, pretty much eveyrthing else you list there, 7 or 8 (can't remember which) SCSI HDs and additional fans for them (yes, the comp looks like a monster with everything hanging out of it). However, neither Sparkle nor Enermax will be bad choices.

Enermax and Sparkle have always been and continue to be my two to choices for PSU's. You can't go wrong with either.....and don't worry about warranties.

Assuming they work out of the box, they should continue to work for a long, long time

I have killed a PWS. It is possable :) Pulling 310 watta ( according to the AM meeter on my DVOM) from a 250 WT Sparkle supply for over a year finaly killed it. I was expecting it tho, and a 400 WT lives in my case now :)

I take it that this is not a hypothetical question, that the system is currently operational. PSU's will generally try to tell you if they're inadequate- boot problems, instability under load, etc. If you're not having problems, then DFWI, unless there's money burning a hole in your pocket....
