Help deciding Processor

So it is time for me to upgrade my computer.

I want to build a 64 bit rig but i dont know which processor to get. And i am on about a 350$ budget on the mobo and processor.

Mobo: DFI "LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D" NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 939 CPU -Retail 135$ at the egg

Processor: I am looking at the Athlon 64 3000+ or the 3200+, I have heard a loty of good overclocks come with venice cores, and if that is so, which would be the better buy? Which cpu overclocks more the 3000 or the 3200

I have 2x512 Corsair Value Ram that overclocks well
and i am all set on PSU, HDD, optical drives and all that other stuff. I am just lookibng to upgrade my mobo and cpu.

so give me some feedback guys

Thanks
-Brendan

I would go for the 3000+. You should be able to get the chip and mobo past 300 HTT (x9 = 2700 MHz), which will put the RAM right at 200... Save some money and you should get a good OC. Both the 3000+ and the 3200+ will top out around the same area (2.6-2.8).

I would go for the 3000, you could get more out of the 3200.....but not much more. I think you should save the money, the diference won't be noticeable in the OC's between the two chips if you get it right.
