Help deciding on new Case and PS

Both are solid choices. Only bad thing about the Case are the 80mm fans but that won't bother you if you are not a "silencer".
PSU is solid as well but it doesn't have an active PFC. I would prefer this PSU:

This one has an active PFC, making it more stable and more efficient and it also has dual 12V rails with a combined 27A while the Antec only has 22A. In new systems the 12V rail is usually the one that is needed most and most PSU problems where the PSU is too weak come from too weak 12V rail.

APFC has nothing to do with stability at all, infact it has no bearing the DC current, none. Having said that the Enermax is good PSU. And yeah, you might want to swap out those case fans if you aiming for a silent/quiet system.

thanks for all the tips, one more question, What is the minimum power supply i should have with the new amd 3200 chip and 6600gt, also in the future i may want to upgrade to a 2nd sli 6600gt if the performance is as great as they claim.

minimum? A quality 300watt would be enough if you don't throw too many HD's and opticals in there. I'd go with a with a 350+ though since you brought up overclocking.

The Antec P-160 is a very nice case. It might not look as good as a Wavemaster but it has some nice features to make up for that. Very good quality (as always with Antec), front bezels for the optical drives, drive rails and dual 120mm fans. The lack of a motherboard try is not that bad since it's quite roomy. If you like the looks, go for it!
