Help deciding between Soltek and DFI

I'm planning to get a athlon 64 3200 and can't decide between the soltek and dfi nf3 motherboards. I don't plan to overclock. any advice on these mb's or other mb's yall think I should get?

also, any advice on memory is welcome as well.
 
You referring to their s754 boards or s939 ones?

My advise on memory is get the cheapest stuff from a company you trust. It all works the same basically.
 
Anandtech had a review up a few months back ... read that. The Soltek board was the fastest board at stock speeds, the DFI was the best when running O/C'd.
