Ok..

I have come for help to let me decide. Which monitor I should go with. Samsung or Gateway since most of my usage will be occasional game, digital photos, DVD watching, and TV Tuner using MCE.

Any help will be great..

Go with the Samsung.

The Gateway isn't bad, but it sounds like the Samsung is as good if not better, and for a lower price.

Firingsquad.com review (kinda old - March 2006)
Overall Score: 87%

On the Summary page,
The Gateway FPD2185W is the cheapest HDCP-capable monitor that we could find. During promotional sales, you can even find it in the mid $500?s. What?s nice about the Gateway is that while it never finished in first-place, it?s an all-around solid performer. It doesn't matter if you're looking for games, photography, or video ? the Gateway can do it all. It has good color and image quality, excellent build-quality, a rich feature set including Faroudja video processing and even a sophisticated picture-in-picture system. The main weaknesses of the monitor are the hazy appearing text (only in comparison to the more expensive competition) and the need to purchase a DVI cable separately. If you can find this monitor on sale and don't mind a slight haze with small text, it's a solid choice.

Bit-Tech.net posted this review of the Samsung very recently: Samsung 215TW

They didn't directly compare it against the Gateway but in their summary, they said,
there is no reason to look beyond the SyncMaster 215TW at the moment.

It's available for $499 on Newegg as we speak.

I'd say go for the Samsung. They have (arguably) the best 24" monitor on the market right now (the 244T which is more than twice the price of this one)...and this one instils some of that good karma as well.

I wouldn't even give the Gateway a glance. It has issues in the grayscale. The 215TW is way better.

Thanks. I think it is easy to choose Samsung. Gateway is at $469 at CC, but $30 more, it will be worth it. I have been reading everything I can find on these two, and I am almost there.
