Help, dead Motherboard??

I have a #P6VAP-A+ AMR ?? MB. @ week old, barebones assembly. Operating fine for 1 week. One morning, nothing. Does not appear to even pass through post tests.
I have reset bios, removed DSL, and IDE/Hard drive (assumed boot on floppy would be best). I have green power light and red "set to RAM" lights both on. Any suggestions?
