Help!~Custom Duty for Camera bought on ebay

I recently bought two cameras from a Taiwanese seller via E-bay.
As the cameras are now on their way to the U.S., I now become really worry that I might ended up paying lots of money for custom duty~
Does anyone have any similar experience?
I really couldn't find any info either on dpreview or google!
Thanks, 🙂

ok~ ok~ thanks!
I just learned that as long as the seller don't claim the item value too high outside on the package, there is no need for me to worry about custom duty!

Actually I believe for digital cameras you want Chapter 85, but I could be wrong. =p It would fall under the digital still image video cameras section. However, still, you don't have to pay anything (unless you're importing a camera from a trade restricted country lol, but you aren't, don't worry). 🙂 Nice to live in the U.S. sometimes huh?

Lenses I believe are going to fall under 9002.20.80 . The rate is 2.9% from some countries, and free for quite a few other ones that we have free trade agreements with.

Not condoning the practice by any means, but i've found MANY eBay sellers from Hong Kong / Taiwan seem to mark their packages as 'Gift'. I've never ordered a camera (or anything of decent value), but i've also never had any customs duties levied against me.
