HELP...Creative Ge-Force 2 Problem!!!!!!

I have a Creative Ge-force 2 in my system and running 128 megs of Mushkin 133 REV2 HSDRam. With this config., everything works great and I can play Delta Force 3 and run 3DMark2000 with no problems. As soon as I add another 128 megs of the same ram, 3DMark2000 crashes in the middle of the tests and Delta Force 3 desktops me when going into the game. I have tried different NVidia drivers versions, Via 4to1 drivers and have been on the phone with tech support from Creative and Mushkin and they are baffled. Mushkin tech support has even sent me another new stick of 128 and the same problem. Creative thinks it is a power supply issue but as you can see, I have the Antec 300 watt unit and it has never given me a problem before. Also, I have had 2 sticks of 128 PC100 ram in this system before and it ran perfect. This problem occurs even at a FSB of 100mg. If you need more specs that I didnt cover, just ask. HELP!!!!!
