HELP!! Crashes w/ GeForce DDR

I just bought a Asus v6800 GeForce DDR from Hans. The card itself looks fine (fan runs and all) but my system crashes (blue screen of death) whenever I try to run 3d programs!! I'm running Windows ME. I've tried using the Detonator 3 and 2 drivers, along with the Asus drivers. I've also tried it on my system w/ overclocking and w/o overclocking my CPU. It crashes whenever I try to run NFS Porsche and on higher resolutions of 3dMark and CounterStrike.

Anybody have any advice?

This could be WinME issue, since there are quite a few problems with this OS,also patches are becoming more frequent for this OS.
