Whenever I boot up, I get an error message that says: "Cpu is unworkable or has been changed. Please recheck - CPU SOFT MENU." What does this mean? Eerytime I change something in the bios I cannot restart be computer, I just get a black screen (no video signal.) But when I descahrge the cmos the compuer works fine but the error message shows up again. The cpu does not seem to be overheating too much. It stays around 22 C. I do not know if it is the mobo or the cpu itself. Please help.

I had this happen once after a Bios flash I just went into Bios & did not change anything & just hit the save & exit key & everything booted up fine after that.

No, this means the pencil DID work. There is a bios setting called "Speed Error Hold". Set it to "Disabled" and reboot with your overclocked settings. It shouldn't give you that error anymore after that.
