Help Corrupted Bios/disk boot failure

Just got an Asus P5N32E-SLI, and it had horrible stability problems restarting almost randomly in windows. I tried flashing the RAM, but it just shut down when I was in the flash utility. Now I don't see anything when I turn it back on, nothing.
I've tried putting in the recovery cd like ASUS says in the manual, but it never even gets to that. What should I do? I tried resetting the CMOS by taking out the battery and switching the jumper for about 10 seconds.
