Help Core 2 Quad Q8300 & Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R

Recently Bought A Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5GHz, To Put In My GA-P35C DS3R. But I Dont Even Get DMI POOL DATA When The CPU Is In. What Can I Do, What Do You Think It Is.
