Help connecting usb storage router to dsl router

Hi, first time poster. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have a dsl modem/wireless router and a 2nd router with a usb port and tomato firmware that I use to access an external hard drive on my wireless network. My current configuration is as follows:

dsl modem > ethernet cable > tomato usb router > my computers

I'd like to set it up so I'm not going through 2 routers for my internet like this:

tomato usb router > ethernet cable > dsl router > my computers

Is there a way to have the usb router setup as a glorified usb port for my dsl router?
