HELP Computer not booting up above 150 MHz

Sorry hit enter by accident.
Have a XP1600+ unlooked on a IWILL XP333-R, runing @150 MHz without any problems trying 155 and nothning happens what's wrong.
Tempeture @ 48C, Vcore 1,9, +3.3V 3.16, +5V 4.96, +12V 12.67.
Samsung DDR333 DTL memory at cas 2,5.

What can I do and what should I look at.

I was stuck at 166 with my XP1500 until I updated my BIOS :) It may just be the limit of your chip, but it shouldnt be :) Have you tried any FSB's between 150 and 155? Or did you make the jump directly from 150 to 155?

Just jumped right up, and the BIOS won't be a problem I guess that I have to tweek something, get more power somewere.
