HELP..Computer monitor problems

hey guys....i have had this problem for a LONG time and i just want to see if any of you guys can help me. My computer causes any monitor I use (monitors from friends and my own) to have moving lines that move from the bottom of the screen to the top. It is really bad when I play games. I changed monitors to see if there was something wrong with the monitor.. None...monitors work fine with my friends' rigs.. I bought a GeForce 5700 LE from EVGA....still has the lines...and even got the latest drivers from Nvidia...still didnt help...changed the refresh rates...nope...I have tried everything...If you guys would know what might cause this or, even more helpful, fix it... please post here
 
It could be you have interference coming through your power lines. I'd try moving both the cpu and monitor to a different location to see if that fixes it.
