MY dad's computer ocassionally freezes up for a few seconds for no reason. When this hapens, he loses mouse control for about 5 seconds and then gets it back.
I'm thinking that the mouse is perhaps sharing an IRQ with the network card that he has; I think he has a SOHO 10/100 card. I hate SOHO by the way, but I didn't buy the card. I haven't looked at his computer.
I was hoping an experienced reader here could give some leads on the problem.
